| Sailing Adventures from the San Juan Islands of Washington State For 2009 we will offer new options, a fabulous new location, and the same dedication to service we are known for! We are extremely proud to announce a new homeport; Lieber Haven Resort, located in beautiful and sunny Obstruction Pass! From here you can sail in the protected waters of East Sound or jump right into Rosario Strait! Here at Orcas Island Sailing we can create a sailing experience you are sure to remember. Want to learn how to sail? Want to hone your skills on a variety of craft? How about a quick get away on a daysailer? We offer hands-on charters for those of you looking for a true sailing experience! For qualified sailors we also offer bareboat charters. Please give us a call! (Numbers are at the bottom of this page) What about kids? Bring them! We encourage kids aboard our boats. However, babies that are in parents arms pose a safety risk. We aren't saying no, we simply want you to think about how difficult it is to move around someone seated in a sailboat cockpit who is holding a baby. Safety is our foremost concern. Contact InformationOrcas Island Sailing is a small business that intends to stay that way. We answer the phone when we're available and rely on you to leave us a message when we are out. We're staying small so we can provide the best service to our customers, keep our stress levels low, and have as much FUN as possible! We are open every day and you can usually reach us between 9 AM and 7 PM. However, we will be short handed a couple of days each week to allow our captains to take a break! All forms of ground transportation can be easily arranged by calling Orcas Island Shuttle. We encourage you to walk on the ferry!
